Service Provision from Home-Start Blackmore Vale
- We will continue to accept referrals for Family Support although allocation of this support may be delayed during the lockdown period.
- Home-Start Blackmore Vale staff and volunteers will at all times follow Government guidance on Covid-19.
- Our services fit into the exceptions of services allowed to continue during restrictions.
- To ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers and families we have suspended routine face-to face contacts however we are able to offer this to families in exceptional circumstances following an individual risk assessment by the HS North Dorset staff.
- We continue to remain in contact with our families by phone and virtual means where appropriate
- Our Perinatal support group continues to meet once a week with additional safety measures in place. Referrals to this group can be made via our referrals page at any time. Our Mess and More group has been suspended until further notice.
- We will update this guidance regularly to reflect national changes.
